This 4-week group, facilitated by Expressive Arts Therapist Connie Conway, is designed to nurture your inner child and strengthen your ability to process emotions, embrace joy, and feel grounded in your sense of self.
Abstract Expressions (Youth Art Therapy Workshop)
In this creative and empowering art therapy workshop, youth will explore the world of abstract artas a tool for understanding and expressing their emotions. Through guided art-making activities, participants will use colors, shapes, and textures to communicate feelings that may be hard to put into words. This workshop is facilitated by Board-Certified Art Therapist, Jaclyn Lenz. $40, all supplies provided.

Beauty in the Broken: Kintsugi Workshop
Kintsugi is a Japanese art of repairing broken ceramics using gold that serves as a metaphor to highlight the beauty that exists within imperfections.
In this hands-on workshop, you will learn the art of kintsugi and have an opportunity to transform the imperfect — what appears broken and damaged — to a beautiful work of art, and have opportunity for self-reflection through guided meditation and journaling prompts to accompany your creative process.
Paint & Meditate Workshop
Join us for an evening of relaxation and creativity, where art meets mindfulness. Experience the joy of painting while connecting with your inner peace. Whether you’re a curious beginner or a seasoned artist, this expressive arts therapy workshop is perfect for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and express themselves through art.

Trust the Process, Trust the Journey: A Labyrinth Art Therapy Workshop
Join art therapist Courtney Chandler for this interactive art therapy workshop on Sunday April 6th, where you'll take your own journey into the labyrinth—a tactile tool for meditation, contemplation, somatic awareness, and mindfulness. You’ll learn and explore the concepts of the labyrinth archetype and how it is a framework for reflecting on your life’s journey. You’ll create your very own handheld labyrinth using mixed-media art materials.
This workshop will also guide you through several insight-oriented practices that integrate expressive arts, somatic therapy, journaling, and discussion. Join us for this exploration of the labyrinth and enhance your own personal growth, and spiritual connection, and develop a new tool for self-inquiry.
