Bend & Bloom: Trauma-Conscious Embodied Healing (Women’s Group for Grief Support)
Trauma and grief can leave you feeling significantly disconnected from your body and its ability to tune into sensations. This women's group integrates trauma-informed yoga, somatic therapy, and art therapy to support and heal the mind, body, and spirit from the impacts of trauma and grief. Through honoring our bodies and expressing our thoughts through more than words, we grant our minds and hearts the safe space needed to heal.
This group runs for 6 sessions spanning 8-weeks held Sundays from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm EST, Jan 21st - March 10th, 2024 (skipping Feb 4th & Feb 25th).
