Maybe you’re already engaged in therapy but feel like something is missing. You intellectually understand your emotions and patterns, but struggle to feel better in your body.
Somatic therapy bridges the gap between insight and embodied healing, helping you regulate your nervous system and restore a sense of safety and ease that you can feel.
In this two-hour experiential workshop, we’ll explore how the body holds stress and trauma, why traditional talk therapy may not always be enough, and how somatic practices can support deeper healing. Through a blend of psychoeducation, guided exercises, and creative exploration, you will:
• Learn how nervous system regulation supports emotional and physiological well-being
• Identify your own nervous system patterns (fight, flight, freeze, or fawn) and how they show up in daily life
• Explore simple, effective somatic tools for grounding, orienting, and co-regulation
• Practice gentle movement, breathwork, and body awareness techniques to release tension and restore balance
• Engage in a creative exercise to deepen self-connection and integration
This workshop is intentionally designed for individuals already on a healing journey who want to feel more present, resilient, and regulated in their daily lives. Whether you experience chronic stress, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, or just want to feel at home in your body, this session offers practical tools to support your process.
Therapists, counselors, life coaches, and mental health professionals who are curious about incorporating somatic approaches into their practice are also welcome.
Come experience the power of somatic healing and take the next step in your therapeutic journey toward embodied well-being!
