As a therapist, my practice is individualized and eclectic. Through our therapeutic relationship, I will work with you and your innate capacity to grow towards your desired life fulfillment. I’ll always hold you in high regard with my genuine, non-judmental approach, and encourage you to trust in the process. I am also a certified Spiritual Director. Spiritual Direction is a method of listening that focuses on the spiritual life of the individual and explores the joys and challenges of being human.
All areas of life are encompassed in the spiritual life, and thus, any topic is appropriate in these sessions. This heart-opening work is my life's passion. Spiritual Direction can help to gently heal wounds that have developed slowly over a lifetime.

On a personal note, I enjoy spending time outside, with my family, and pets. I'm a lifelong learner, and love to read books involving the intersection of spirituality and psychology, natural health, and british cozy mysteries. Staying active is a passion for me, and I love to hike and do yoga. Having a sense of humor is the ‘spice of life’, and I especially like sharing laughs while being in community with others.
