Response Art is art created by a creative clinician as a way to process their therapy work with clients. Art is created as a self-care practice and can aid in client case conceptualization. Art therapists use ‘Response Art’ to transmute difficult material, express and examine experiences, and gain new insights.
This ‘Response Art for Creative Clinicians’ virtual meetup is facilitated by art therapist, Courtney Chandler, ATR-BC, LPCA, AADC, E-RYT.
No formal Response Art experience necessary. The only requirement is to show up with an open-mind and willingness to tap into your creativity and vulnerability, with the intention to support yourself as well as other art therapists and mental health professionals that desire self-care and connection.
You’ll learn tips for Response Art best practices, and gain inspiration from other creative clinicians.
