This soul-nourishing group will blend together prenatal yoga, guided meditation, somatic therapy, and expressive art therapy practices.
Each session is intentionally tailored to promote relaxation, encourage healthy movement to support your changing body during pregnancy, and help you feel empowered, connected, and rooted to your divine feminine energy.
Art therapy activities will guide you towards a deeper awareness of your emotions, explore and overcome fears, and promote self-discovery of the profound rite-of-passage into motherhood.
All high-quality materials for expressive art activities are provided. Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets and blocks are also provided.
The group size will be small (no more than 8 women). Participants are encouraged to attend all group meetings to collectively build meaningful connections on your pregnancy journeys, and support each other through the 4 weeks.
