Art Journaling is a way to express your thoughts, memories, and emotions visually by combining words, colors, and images onto pages of a journal, diary, or altered book. Connect with yourself and others while engaging in this fun, intuitive, free-form art making process, guided by prompts that can inspire direction for filling blank pages.
This art party is facilitated by art therapist, Courtney Chandler, ATRP, ADC, E-RYT, TCYM. No formal art experience necessary, the only requirement is to show up for yourself with an open-mind and willingness to tap into your creativity and vulnerability.
Art material suggestions:
A journal, sketchbook, or a hardcover textbook or novel that you won’t mind altering into an art journal
